Our USDA Choice Premium Beef is fed a hybrid mix of corn and grain, which gives it its buttery flavour and melt-in-mouth texture! Our USDA Choice Premium Beef Short Ribs Shabu Shabu slices are 1-2mm thick and cooks quickly, perfectly.
A popular pick for steamboat and barbecue with well-balanced marbling. Very flavourful, juicy and extremely tender. This Shabu Shabu is of USDA Choice grade, offering a balance between tenderness and flavour.
Our beef is currently IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) processed and will be delivered frozen.
