Introducing our all-in-one set, perfect for your next meal! Each set includes 4 XL-sized Siew Mai, made with 100% fresh minced pork, filled with tender chunks of meat, and perfectly steamed for that savoury, umami goodness.
Enjoy our Handmade Lo Mai Kai too, topped with succulent chicken thigh pieces and slices of Chinese mushrooms. After a quick steam, the rich flavours of sesame oil, soy, and oyster sauce blend beautifully with the natural juices of the chicken thigh, offering a delicious yet less 'jelak' experience.
We heard you that the previous LMK had issues with consistent cooking! We’ve adapted it to a new packaging which is flatter to ensure faster and more thorough cooking.

We are proud to share that Quan Shui’s Handmade Dim Sum Breakfast Set has been replicated with Uncle Oh's original recipe, but with slight adjustments based on our own R&D and interpretation of how we'd love for the taste to be moving forward!
Committed to preserving Uncle Oh's 6 decade legacy, our Quan Shui’s Handmade Dim Sum range are handcrafted from scratch every morning using quality ingredients, and then immediately blast frozen to maintain freshness.
Total Cooking Time: 13-15 minutes from frozen
Recommended Preparation Method - Steam
First, you need to remove the plastic lid of the Lo Mai Kai (MUST!)
Upon boiling of water, steam the frozen Lo Mai Kai and Siew Mai for approx. 13-15 minutes, Heating time may vary depending on appliance used.
- Flip the LMK onto a plate, and serve!
Storage Guide: Keep frozen. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately. See packaging for expiration date. They can be kept for up to 1 year.
