Premium Duck Leg Confit
Cured with aromatics and slow cooked in duck fat, our Premium Duck Leg Confit is moist, flavourful and can be readied in just under 15 minutes!
Serve on its own as a great addition to your dinner parties, or pair with some mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables to treat yourself!
Serving Suggestions: Duck Leg Confit is typically served with side dishes such as mashed potatoes with mushrooms or roasted potatoes and fresh salad.
Cooking Instructions:
- Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes. Cook duck legs in the air fryer at 180 degrees celsius for at least 12 minutes. If you prefer crispier skin, cook it for another 3.
- Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes Place duck legs onto a baking tray, and cook at 180 degrees celsius for at least 15 minutes. If you prefer crispier skin, cook it for another 5.
