Our GG™ AnXin Chicken Mince 鸡胸肉碎 is Certified Organic, 100% Hormones, Antibiotics, and Chlorine Free!
They are free-roaming and at no time caged up. The chickens are fed a mixture of vegetarian feed and probiotics, and closely monitored and cared for by animal husbandry and veterinarians. Our chickens are delivered fresh, never frozen!
By popular request, we have brought in freshly ground Chicken Mince, made from 100% boneless breast, without any filler or unwanted pieces.
You can rest assured that our chicken mince is leaner and a great alternative to ground beef or pork - perfect for calorie-conscious diners who still need their protein fix.
Serving Suggestions: Use as your protein of choice for fried rice and noodles, pasta sauces, or healthier alternatives to your favourite Thai Basil stir-fries.
Storage Guide:
- Chiller: Up to 5 days as we vacuum pack your chicken, which extends the shelf life conservatively by 50% (usually it’s 3 days for non-vacuumed chickens)
- Freezer: Up to 6 months
Special Remarks:
- As our mince is made from 100% boneless chicken breast, it is best prepared with a quick cook at higher temperatures. Overcooking will result in a much drier end product.
Pro Tip for Safe Handling: Don’t wash the chicken before cooking; washing may cause dangerous bacteria like Salmonella to splash around your kitchen. If you insist on washing chicken meat, consider doing so in a sink of water rather than under a running tap. However, we recommend cooking the chicken without washing it to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.
