This Recipe Set includes 2 beautifully cured Premium Duck Leg Confit, Potatoes and King Oyster Mushrooms - all you need is just some butter and milk!

What's not provided in the set:
- 100ml of milk/heavy cream
- 100g of unsalted butter
- Aromatics (optional; we recommend whole garlic, bayleaf, whole peppercorns, and parsley stems)

Storage Guide:
- Premium Duck Leg Confit: Keep frozen. Thaw before preparing. Refer to packaging for expiry date (approx. 2028)
